We are an eldery couple but very young at heart. Since our children left the home we have plenty of space and offer reasonable accommodations. We would be most happy to give you a few tips and information while you are here.

Our house is situated in the south of Berlin in the district of Tempelhof. The city is easily reachable by public transport within 30 min. But also Großziethen, Teltow, Klein Machnow, Mahlow, Glasgow, Blankenfelde, Großbeeren, Schönefeld, Eichwalde, Rangsdorf and Ludwigsfelde are not far away.

We can offer you three rooms in our house on the first floor under the roof. Two of the rooms share one bathroom and the third has its own bathroom. In the hallway is a fridge, coffemaker and waterheater for our guest. There is Wi-Fi. If you like you can use a microwave in the cellar. In summer you can use the barbecue in the garden.

For just 3 euro you can get breakfast.
Smoking in the guest rooms is not allowed.

The house is located on Kirchhainer Damm in 12309 Berlin, Germany. Click on the map and you will come to www.stadtplandienst.de (mapguide) or use the routing function of web.de

All rooms contain a corner unit or chairs and a table and wardrobe. Linen and towels are included in the price.

You will reach us by car through the south Berliner Ring (Autobahn 10) exit Rangsdorf. From there you take the highway 96 in the direction of Tempelhof and about 600 m behind the Berlin entry-sign we are on your left.

If you arrive from north you go on the Berliner Ring to cross Oranienburg, from there in direction Berlin Reinickendorf to the cityfreeway (Autobahn 100 = A100) in direction "Zentrum" (means center) until exit Tempelhofer Damm. You turn right into Tempehofer Damm and after about 10 km you will find us on your right.

Berlin Alexanderplatz approx. 47 minutes : from Kirchhainer Damm/Horstwalder Str. by Bus 275 (direction S Lichtenrade) until S Lichtenrade, then with the urbain railway S-Bahn (S2 direction S Bernau) until S+U Friedrichstraße and then with the urbain railway S-Bahn (S3 direction S Erkner) until Alexanderplatz
Berlin Hauptbahnhof approx. 41 minutes: from Kirchhainer Damm/Horstwalder Str. by Bus 275 (direction S Lichtenrade) until S Lichtenrade, then with the urbain railway S-Bahn (S2 direction S Bernau) until S Südkreuz and then with the regional train (RE5 direction Neustrelitz) until Hauptbahnhof
Airport Berlin Schönefeld (with public transport is not easily accessible, but by car there are only 10 KM - Taxi costs approx. 19 €)
Messe Berlin approx. 53 minutes: from Kirchhainer Damm/Horstwalder Str. by Bus 275 (direction S Lichtenrade) until S Lichtenrade, then with the urbain railway S-Bahn (S2 direction S Bernau) until S Südkreuz und then with the urbain railway S-Bahn (S41 direction Ringbahn) until Messe Nord/ICC

Low Emissions Zone (LEZ) – LEZ stickers
The city zone (A) within the S-Bahn-Ring (city train circle) is part of the LEZ. If you want to drive with your car in the Berlin city centre, inform yourself here: LEZ stickers for tourists. This accommodation is located outside the LEZ. You can leave your car here and travel with public transport into the city centre.
