The apartments

The quiet single-room designer apartments (approx. 30 m²) are located on the basement and the 2nd floor of a new building without an elevator.

The apartment on the second floor

There is a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), 2 armchairs and a table, a flat screen TV (cable) and a radio.

Space for clothes is available in two bureaus and on the clothes rail in the hall.

In the comfy kitchen you can eat breakfast at the bistro table. Here you find a stove with 4 hotplates and an oven, a fridge, a coffee maker and coffee presser, a kettle and pots etc. You can also drink your coffee on the balcony with a view of the television tower. You may also smoke there.

The tiled bathroom has a bathtub with a shower curtain.

The apartment on the basement

The apartment on the basement is very similar to the other one, in equippment and size, and does also have a balcony. The kitchen of this apartment is equipped with a cooking plate.

Here you are at the absolute center, directly at the border of Prenzlauer Berg. Right in front of the door, one of Berlin's most exciting and innovative districts unfolds to you with its cafés, galleries, restaurants and interesting shops and boutiques. To the Museum Island, to the Hackesche Höfe or to Alexanderplatz you walk no more than 10 minutes, and no matter where else you want to go in Berlin, here you are perfectly connected by all means of transport.

The nearest stations and stops:

  • Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz to the underground line U2 direction Prenzlauer Berg or to Kurfürstendamm direction Zoologischer Garten, via Alexanderplatz and Potsdamer Platz (Culture Forum, Sony-Center, New National Gallery, Museum of Film, Museum of Communication, Berlinale Palace) as well as a MetroTram stop (2 minutes on foot)
  • Weinmeisterstraße to the underground line U8; the best connection to Kreuzberg (5 minutes on foot)
  • Hackescher Markt (approx. 6 minutes on foot): central traffic point for S-Bahn (city train) direction Zoologischer Garten or direction Ostbahnhof, for night buses in all directions and MetroTrams direction Prenzlauer Berg, Weißensee and others

In the area the parking lots are commercially used. You can drive to the apartment to unload and then look for a free parking spot in another area.

The city zone (A) within the S-Bahn-Ring (city train circle) is part of the LEZ. If you do not have a sticker for the LEZ of Berlin city centre, you can find information here, on how to get LEZ stickers for tourists.
