The situation

Preungesheim is a beautiful and quiet district of Frankfurt / Main where a lot of families are living. Here you can find lots of greenery along the wide streets, art nouveau and timbered houses. Ccyclists and ramblers in particular get their time's worth - many cycling ways, close proximity to the underground and the "green belt" of Frankfurt, and the Bornheimer Hang are just a few advantages of this area. For anyone who likes to shop there are a lot of merchants in Preungesheim and Frankfurt's city center is easily accessible.

Parking is difficult, but there are carparks nearby. The host can provide a parking spot for a fee.

Public transport

The closest underground station is Sigmund-Freud-Straße. You can reach it in about 6 minutes on foot. From here you go:

• to Frankfurt Fair in approx. 35 minutes, by underground (U5) to the central station, then onward by S-Bahn (S3 direction Bad Soden) to the fair
• to the city center and to Frankfurt central station in approx. 20 minutes, without changing by underground (U5)

The apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is roughly 42 m² in size. In the hall there is a wardrobe with a shoe cabinet. The living room has a big daybed (1.60 m wide) which offers a comfy space for 2 guests. There is also a large television.

In another small room there is another couch/daybed (1.50 m wide) for 2 guests and a cupboard. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay (toaster, microwave oven, fridge). The bathroom features a bathtub.

Also, there is a balcony where smoking is allowed - but only here please. In the apartment smoking is prohibited.

The host resides in the apartment when it is not being rented. The apartment is furnished accordingly and private items can be found in the cupboards. Naturally, there is enough space for guests to put their clothes.

For your booking a deposit of at least 25 % is required, the complete payment on arrival applies only to bookings made at short notice.
