Your bed and breakfast hosts
Our names are Andi and Peter. We have been living together since 1995 in a lifetime partnership. Since 24.08.01 we registrated our partnership. It' s almost like a gay marriage. Now we have the same surname. In spite of that we live in a open relationship.
Both of us are born in 1966. Andi is a real Bavarian boy, Peter has lived in several areas of Germany. Now even in Bavaria.
The hosts speak German, as well as English.
Andi & Peter wish you a beautiful stay in Munich.
You pay 50 % in advance and the rest in cash when you arrive. Only last minute booking: you pay 100 % when you arrive.
We would like to ask you to pay directly when you arrive. The room is reserved for you for this period, which was already paid.
For long stays: Please leave the entry door key during longer absence (e.g. weekend) in the flat.
Please show on arrival the identity card or passport.
The bed and breakfast guest room
It is a guest room (aprox. 15 m²) in a 3 room apartment on the 3rd floor. Towels are provided upon request. The room has a wardobe with two drawers available.
There are two beds (90 xs 200 cm) for 1-2 persons and a camp bed for a third guest. Television and DVD in the room. Moreover a small refridgerator and own dishes and cutlery.
Of course you' ll receive a front doorkey. Before departure, we would like to ask you that you please leave it in the dining-room on the table. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but we ask that you don't smoke in the apartment. Please, take off your shoes after entering into the apartment.
The bathroom is shared with the hosts.
We also have a baby bed and with your own Notebook you can use free of charge the Internet over our WLAN / WiFi.
As a welcome gift, you receive one gay pocket-city map, a timetable of the line U3/6 and N33 (Nightline) as well as a MVV route plan. This should help you to get around in Munich. We'll also try to help, if possible.
Distances
- Munich main station in about 11 minutes: from stop Implerstraße with U6 to Sendlinger Tor, then take the U1 to Munich Central Station.
- Theresienwiese / Oktoberfest in about 16 minutes: from stop Implerstraße with U6 to Odeonsplatz, then take U4 to Theresienwiese
- Messe München/fairground in about 28 minutes: from stop Implerstraße with U6 to Sendlinger Tor, then take the U2 to Messestadt West / East
Breakfast
Breakfast is rolls or bread and coffee and/or tea. Everything you require is in the kitchen.

Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Cats are unfortunately not allowed because the hosts have a dog. But you can bring a dog with you.

Parking/Subway
Parking: There should be no problem to find a parking place (Implerstrasse or Koessenerstr.).
Subway: It is 4 1/2 minutes to underground (U 3/6). To the centre and/or the gay
center it is only 2-3 stops (= Sendlinger Tor). From 2 o'clock at night, you can
use the bus line N33. It runs every 30 minutes.
Low Emissions Zone (LEZ) – LEZ stickers
The area inside the middle ring (city circle) of Munich is part of the LEZ. If you want to drive with your car in the Munich city centre and you do not have a sticker for the LEZ of Munich city centre, you can find information here, on how to get LEZ stickers for tourists.
