The situation in MunichThe apartment can be found in the north of Munich, in the district Lerchenau inside a calm settlement of single and two-family houses. Opposite the house there is a bakery with a sausage stand and a stand-up café. You can find grocery shops and restaurants in the nearby area. The apartment is located about 2 km away from the motorway ring A99 (exit Munich-Neuherberg). Parking: Finding a parking spot is easy on the street and in front of the house, there is no need for extensive searching. Parking is free. There are also parking lots belonging to the house that can be used. Motorbikes and bicycles can be stored at the enclosed property or in the garage, by prior agreement. | The apartment is located in a two-family house on the ground floor. It is approximately 55 m² in size, completely renovated and equipped with new furniture. There is a sleeping room with a large double bed (160x200 cm), a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. In the large living room you can find a TV and a big corner couch, which can be folded out and used as a daybed (140x200 cm) for 1-2 guests. The apartment can thus be used by up to 5 guests; however, the flat is ideally suited to 3-4 guests. The bathroom features a bathtub, a WC and of course a wash-basin. The new eat-in kitchen has everything you need during your stay. It is a built-in kitchen with a stove, fume hood and a fridge. You will also find a coffee maker as well as the complete kitchen equipment including dishes, pots and cutlery. You can sit in the nice corner seating unit inside the kitchen. There is a washing machine in the cellar that can be used for a small extra charge. There is also a children's bed and a baby's high chair available. Smoking is not allowed in the flat, but you may use the frontgarden. Dogs possible, please consult first. Your hosts are living next door and will be pleased to help you with any problems. Minimum stay: Breakfast is not offered. You pay 25 % (for Oktoberfest 50%) in advance and the rest in cash when you arrive. Only last minute booking: you pay 100 % when you arrive. |
The hall DistancesYou get to the underground (U2) station Harthof in about 5 minutes on foot. The travel time from Harthof to Munich central station is approximately 13 minutes. You can also reach the Munich Fair from Harthof in about 40 minutes (without changing). If you want to go to the Oktoberfest Munich at the Theresienwiese, take the underground line U2 to Munich central station, then travel by underground line U5 to Theresienwiese; approx. 17 minutes from Harthof. In the same house there is a guest room with private bath for up to 2 guests. (currently long-term use)
