Parking

Parking is not very easy in this area. During the day you can wait until a space frees up, but at night (from 11pm) it's somewhat trickier. On the "Kulturbrauerei" you can park your car in the garage (price per day: 12 euros, to pay per hour is also possible).

Low Emissions Zone (LEZ) – LEZ stickers
The city zone (A) within the S-Bahn-Ring (city train circle) is part of the LEZ. If you do not have a sticker for the LEZ of Berlin city centre, you can find information here, on how to get LEZ stickers for tourists.

Bright apartement (approx. 35 m²) located in Prenzlauer Berg on street Schliemannstrasse.

Description of the house and the neighbourhood
Bright apartment located right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg in the 4th floor of a typical residential building. Close to the apartment, you will find Kanstanienallee; famous for its numerous cafes, restaurants and individual shops. To the Kulturbrauerei with cinema, restaurants, bars, clubs, theatre and supermarket it's a 2 minute walk. Helmholzplatz with its little park offers the chance to relax or to sit in cafes, bars and restaurants (3 minute walk). Visit Mauerpark for barbecues, relaxing and sunbathing (5 minute walk). On the Kollwitzplatz (5 minute walk) there is a beautiful twice-weekly. Laundrette, internet café, and a healthfood supermarket right next to the house. Dresdner Bank, Berliner Bank and Sparkasse (3 minute walk).

The kitchen:
Stove with oven, sink unit, refrigerator with freezing compartment, kettle, coffee machine, hotdog maker, toaster, tableware, kitchenware, cutlery, pots and pans, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar.

We can fill your refrigerator on request for a small fee.

The bathroom:
Shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdrier, towels. The bathroom has an automatic ventilation system.

Sleeping area:
Double bed (160x200 cm) with 3 pillows and 2 duvets wiith sheets, radio alarm clock, seating area, cable TV, clothes rail, storage room, curtains and blinds... and fresh flowers when you arrive.

For a third guest we can offer a comfortable air bed.

On request, a WIFI-stick can be offered.

The price per night and apartment

Final cleaning fee 30 euros (+10 euros with pet),
Bedlinen and towels are included in the price.
Minimum stay is 3 nights (Christmas 4 nights, New Year's Eve 5 nights)
Extra charge on Silvester (29.12. - 02.01.), Easter, Pentecost + Carnival of Cultures, Marathonand ITB: 25%
Extra charge for arrivals after 10pm: 15 euros, from 11pm: 20 euros and 30 euros from 12pm.
* The winter price is valid for bookings from the 15th of November to the 28th of February, except Christmas and New Year's Eve
Breakfast is not offered
For your booking a deposit of at least 25 % is necessary and 75 % in cash when you arrive. Only last minute booking: you pay 100 % when you arrive.

• Berlin Hauptbahnhof / central station: 20 min; by tram M10 to Nordbahnhof and than by bus 245 in direction Zoologischer Garten to Berlin central station
• Fair Berlin, ICC: approx. 30 minutes; direct by S-Bahn (S42 city train) from Prenzlauer Allee to the fair
• Berlin Mitte Alexanderplatz: 14 min: tram M10 to Eberswalder Str, then underground (U2)
• Airport Berlin Tegel: approx. 35 minutes; by S-Bahn (S8 city train) from Prenzlauer Allee to the Beusselstrasse, then go by expressbus TXL to the airport
• Station Zoologischer Garten: approx. 30 minutes; by tram M1 to Hackescher Markt, then take the S-Bahn
• Station Ostbahnhof: approx. 25 minutes; by tram M1 to Hackescher Markt, then take the S-Bahn (city train)

In the event of early termination of the lease and cancellation by the
Tenant the termination is be sent via e-mail to your host.
In this case the following percentage of compensation calculated on the total sum is agreed:

more than 21 days: 0%
less than 20 days: 20%
less than 15 days: 40%
less than 10 days: 60%
less than 5 days: 80%
less than 4 days: 100%
