The holiday aparment

The apartment's size is 32 m², it is on the 2nd floor (without elevator) and sleeps up to 3 people. It is a bright studio apartment which has been recently decorated with Ikea style furniture. The apartment accommodates up to three people, two in a 1,4 x 2m bed and one in a sofa-bed.

The bathroom, which has been recently refurbished and tiled, has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for cooking, like a stove with 2 hotplates and a small oven. There is also an iron and ironing board. Laundry facilities are around the corner (5 minute walk). There is a 10 m² terrace where you can have breakfast in summer while you plan your day or just sit and relax in the evening. This is a non smoker apartment. In the apartment there is no Internet, but there is an Internet café in the station (10 min. walk). Pets are not allowed because it's a flat suitable for allergic persons.

The Location of the apartment in Freiburg Breisgau

Due to its unique situation and architecture, Freiburg is well-known for being one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. Freiburg is the sunniest city in Germany and holds the record of having the most sunny days in the year. The region is also well-known for its wine. For this reason, the city is also very interesting for wine conneisseurs.

Special highlights of Freiburg, are the many bike and hiking trails in and around the area. Also worth mentioning, are the numerous winter sport activities available when there is enough snow. They lie in the winter sport areas and ski tracks, only a short train or bus ride away. The main train station and neighbouring bus station can be reached on foot.

The Apartment is located on Kleineschholzweg, 79106 Freiburg Breisgau, Germany.

Its location is central, and in a few minutes walk you reach the beautiful historic old city of Freiburg ( approx. 1000 m). Also the University and the University Hospital Complex “Klinikum” are just a few minutes away on foot.
Nevertheless, there is very good public transportation right next to the apartment (train, bus and tramway).

The distance from the apartment to the central train station is less than 500 m. You can walk or take the nearby tramway Line 1.

Just in front of the apartment building you will find regulated street parking.
