Frankfurt / Main: private guest room right in Sachsenhausen

The accommodation

The double room is approx. 20 m² large and situated in a multifamily residence on the 4th floor without elevator. The nice and large bathroom with shower and and the separate toilett will be shared the the hostfamily (Mother with grown up son). Linen and towels will be there for you.

In the guest room you find a double bed, a tv, a desk, a wardrobe for your cothes. Breakfast and kitchen use is possible after arrangement.

Smoking is permitted in the room, but considering our guests who are non-smokers we would ask only to smoke at the open window. Its not possible to bring you pets. Your hostess is working in the museum of natural history and likes art. She speaks German and English.

Parking situation

There is no own parking space, but your hostess tells you where the best areas are to find a space.

Public transportation in Frankfurt / Main

Nex stop of the underground ist approx. 400 m, the city train station (S-Bahn) is about 500 m from here. From there you reach:

• the Frankfurt central station (Hauptbahnhof) in 8 min, by underground 1 stop to Willy-Brandt-Platz, than further by underground to the central station of Frankfurt /Main
• the aiport Frankfurt in 25 min; by underground to Hauptwache, than change to the citytrain to the airport Frankfurt
• the fairground, exhibition center in ca. 15 min; direct connection by citytrain

The surrounding area:

The accommodation is about 500 m from the river Main.
There is a very nice regular market on Diesterwegplatz aprox. ca. 300 m. There are multifarious shopping facilities and galeries near by. Also an internetcafe is near by (1/2 hour = 0,75 euro, 1 printed page 0,20 euro).
