The private room

The guest room is for up to 2 people (16 m²) and is located on the 4th floor of a 3-room penthouse (93m²), with lift, in the Eckenheim district of Frankfurt, close to the city.

The room is furnished with a large double bed (200 x 160 cm) for 2 people, as well as a wardrobe, easy chair, dressing table and a flat screen TV. The spacious roof terrace may be accessed directly from the room.

Guests are, of course, welcome to use the bathroom. It is directly beside the guest room. This is a non-smoking apartment, so you are asked to refrain from smoking. During the summer, smoking is permitted on the terrace.

The hosts (gay couple, born in 67/68) will prepare the breakfast on request and are always responsive to city information.

Guests are also free to make use of the living/dining room which has a unique panoramic view of the skyline and the Taunus Mountains. The entire apartment has parquet flooring and underfloor heating. There is a green space behind the house with lovely, old trees. A cat makes the household complete.

The location

The private room is easy accessible:

• from airport by S-Banhn (city train) + underground in about 25 minutes.
• nonstop by underground to the main station in about 15 minutes.

Undergound Giessener Strasse station (U5) is only two minutes walk away, you can quickly reach Frankfurt city centre with its lively shopping area (the "Zeil"), the exhibition centre, the old town and the Museum district ("Museumsufer").

At the weekends there is also a night bus service in addition to the underground.

You can get a comprehensive breakfast for 5 euro. single night only: extra charge of 4 euro. For the exposition times (Buchmesse, Paperworld, Heimtextil, Tendence, ISH, Musikmesse, Ambiente und zur IAA): extra charge of 20%. For your booking a deposit of at least 25 % is necessary, the complete payment at arriving only is possible for short-term bookings. Its not possible to bring your dogs or pets.

Parking

Parking is available directly in front of the house. The apartment is easy to get to from the motorway. In the northern part of the city, parking and traffic problems are unknown.
