Guesthouse in Usingen near Frankfurt / Main

Location

Usingen-Merzhausen is approx. 30 km north-west of Frankfurt. Frankfurt's central rail station and the airport are around 45 minutes away by car.

There is a bus stop approx. 200 m from the guesthouse. Usingen railway station is a 6 minute drive away. From there, a 40 minute rail journey will bring you to the centre of Frankfurt. Some trains go directly to Frankfurt whilst with others, you need to change trains at Bad Homburg.

The house is close to the B275 Federal highway, which runs from Bad Nauheim to Bad Schwalbach.

The guest rooms

The house has an area of approx. 260 m², with two double and two single bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with TV, wardrobe, table and easy chair.

The kitchen-diner (approx. 25 m²) is fully fitted and is available for guests' use. Breakfast as well as cookery and baking classes are available on request.

The atmosphere is homely. Guests are welcome to use the large garden, the terrace, the library and the barbecue area. The hosts throw garden parties when the weather is nice. There is plenty of space for everybody, with three separate seating areas in the garden. The hosts speak Japanese, English and some French.

There is a bathroom with shower and additional toilet for the room. A further bathroom can be made available on request.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, it is not possible to take domestic animals with you.

Parking

You may park in front of the house at any time.
