The guest room

Women are very welcome in the guest room. The (approx) 25 m² bed and breakfast guest room with parquet flooring is equipped with a sofa-bed (1.15 x 2.40 m), a large wardrobe, table, chairs, stereo system and south-west facing balcony. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and in the kitchen. The room however is a smoke-free zone. The room is suitable for 1 guest.

The building has an elevator, although the apartment is not suitable for disabled guests.

Guests are permitted to use the kitchen (although not for cooking). The bathroom is shared with the hosts. There is a washing machine in the same house which you can use (payment by coins).

There is a hairdresser's and a supermarket in the neighbourhood. Within a 500 m radius, there is an exquisite Italian restaurant, a popular Indian and a very good Chinese, as well as the Prince Regent Theatre 'Prinzregententheater ' (classical concerts, readings, musicals) and the Prince Regent open air pool (open from May to September), as well as numerous fitness centres.

The English Gardens are a 20 min walk away. Here you can enjoy the villas and embassy quaters.

The host has an alternative healing practice. Why not book in for a 'wellbeing' programme during your stay? A masseuse visits the building to offer Reiki and foot reflexology. A session can be booked from the apartment.

Animals are not allowed inside the accommodation.
