It is approx. 800 m (10 min walk) from the railway station ('S-Bahn') 'Vaterstetten'. The train service should run regularly from 5am until 2am

To trade fair Munich: approx 28mins; 10 mins walk to the S-Bahn (train station) and then a short train ride to 'Trudering', followed by an underground train to 'Messestadt Ost'

To München Hauptbahnhof (Munich central station): in total a 35 min journey; 10 min walk to the train station (S-Bahn) and then a further 25 min train journey to 'Hauptbahnhof München'.

To Theresienwiese / Oktoberfest: a 45 min journey; 10 min walk to the train station (S-Bahn) Vaterstetten, then 25 mins by train to the central station of Munich (Hauptbahnhof München) change here for the Underground train to Theresienwiese.

situated in a very peaceful and scenic part of east Munich (travel time to trade fair 10 mins) with easy railway access to city centre.

The building is located on a very quiet street. Car parking is available directly on the premises.

The guest rooms are to be found on the first floor. The rooms measure 10 m² and are fitted with parquet flooring. Here you have a delightful south facing balcony, a bed suitable for singles or couples (120 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, table and chair.

You have your own private toilet while the bathroom is shared with the hosts. The bathroom, which is on the same floor, contains a shower, bathtub and two wash-basins.

The guest room is a smoke-free zone but smoking is permitted on the balcony and in the dining room on the ground floor.

You can use the shared small kitchen with fridge for a tea or heating a soup.

Animals are not permitted in the accommodation.
