Directly adjacent to the building is the former grounds of the National Garden Show, which are now used as an extensive landscape park. There is also a swimming lake for your recreation and relaxation.

Shopping - The 'RiemArcaden' should cater for all of your shopping needs, as well as providing a wide range of basic to up-market restaurants (Bavarian, Italian, Chinese, Thai etc.) Look for the entrance to 'Messe West'.

Parking

Parking is available free of charge in an underground car park.

Low Emissions Zone (LEZ) – LEZ stickers
The area inside the middle ring of Munich (city circle) is part of the LEZ. If you want to drive with your car in the Munich city centre, inform yourself here: LEZ stickers for tourists. This accommodation is located outside the LEZ. You can leave your car here and travel with public transport into the city centre.

The 20 m² room with its own entrance is found on the first floor of a new building (built 2007). The room is peaceful, bright and stylish. It is fitted with parquet flooring, floor heating, electrical sun-blinds and ultra-modern furniture.

Smoking is forbidden in the room, but is possible on the balcony. The balcony belongs to the hosts' flat but can be used with permission from your host.

The private bathroom has tiled flooring and shower. Hand towels and bathrobes are inclusive. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom.

The hosts live in the same building, directly next door. Guests can request breakfast from the hosts for a small additional cost (organic products). You should be served breakfast in the hosts' apartment but bear in mind this is not always possible since your host will have work commitments.

Alongside German, your hosts speak excellent Polish, French and some English.
