The apartment is situated at the 8th floor (with elevator) near Theresienwiese. You can walk to the famous Octoberfest in about 3 minutes.

The apartment has about 31 m² an there are two single beds and an extra bed. You have also TV, DVD and a radio. Internet via WLAN (WiFi) is available for free!

You have your own kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. Towels and linen are included in the price.

To find a parking space its hard, during the Octoberfest almost impossible. For this reason we recommend you to rent a underground car park.
