The guest room

The room is located in the 5-room apartment on the fourth floor. It is fully furnished and equipped with TV and DVD player. The bed measures 200 by 140 cm and there is enough space in the room for another bed and mattress. The guests keep hold of the keys for the apartment and bedroom doors during their stay. Bathroom and kitchen are shared among all residents.

Smoking is permitted in the guest accommodation. The accommodation is not suitable for children.

Additional accommodation

Additional rooms are available during Munich's Oktoberfest. Dimensions of all rooms are roughly the same, with the following specifications:

room 3: 15 m² 2-3 guests
room 5: 26 m² 2-6 guests

These rooms are only available during the period of Oktoberfest. There are double beds in all rooms which measure 200 by 140 cm. Should more than 4 guests want to share a room, the host will lay down more mattresses. All bedrooms have a wash-basin and there is also a shared bathroom with shower and toilets. Washing machines and washer driers can be used for a small fee.

There is an additional room on the second floor of the apartment. In this apartment there is a bathroom with two toilets but no kitchen. These rooms also contain double beds and extra mattresses where necessary.

There is yet another room on the first floor with a kitchen and a shared bathroom.

The hosts speak English and French.

Location in Munich Walk from the door almost up to the Theresienwiese, which is where Oktoberfest takes place every year, only approx 300 metres away. Underground It is a simple 5 minute walk to the underground station 'Theresienwiese' for the 'U-Bahn U4/U5' line. City-train It is similarly only a 5 minute walk to the city-train station 'Hackerbrücke' for lines 1-8. So from the guesthouse you are within 10 mins in the town centre.

Everything you could need by way of shops, internet cafés, phone shops etc can all be found on these streets. For your everyday needs, there are also a few food shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance.
