All the city's attractions are just a few minutes away. You can book a parking space in the courtyard. 1-6 guests. In central/Tiergarten district, between the underground stations Kurfürstenstrasse and Potsdamer Platz, the apartment is centrally located in a quiet side street.
In only a few minutes, you can walk to many of Berlin's most famous sight-seeing spots: Potsdamer Platz (1 km) with its touristic and cultural attractions. Also Checkpoint Charlie (2,4 km), Brandenburg Gate (2,1 km), Reichstag (house of parliament) (2,5 km) and the government quarters, Culture forum (1,4 km), Technology museum (1,3 km), Tempodrom (1,8 km), musical-Theater, IMAX-cinema as well as the 'green lungs of Berlin'- the Tiergarten (1,2 km). It takes 5 mins by underground to reach Kurfürstendamm and to the "shopping temple" KaDeWe.
In the immediate vicinity, there are many restaurants and Berlin pubs, where you can get a breakfast.

apartment
It is a completely renovated and newly furnished 2 room apartment (45 m²) for 1 to 6 people with excellent transport links (underground, S-Bahn, Bus).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and contains a newly furnished lounge-cum-bedroom with double sofabed (additional bed possible on request) and a separate 3-bed room with double and single beds, as well as a complete small kitchen (fridge with 4 star freezer compartment, 4 ring electric hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle) and a tiled shower room. Other facilities include a dining table with chairs, cable TV and a radio alarm clock.
Since there is parking space managment on public roads in this area, we offer you the chance to rent a parking space in the courtyard for 6 euros per day.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

To use the numerous nearby transport methods, you can reach the following stations in just a few steps:
bus stop Lützowstr./Potsdamer Str. (250 m), underground station Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Park (550 m), underground station Bülowstraße (600 m), underground station Kurfürstenstraße (400 m). From here you can reach:
- Berlin Potsdamer Platz: 10 minutes walk
- Berlin trade fair / ICC: 30 minutes; by underground from Kurfürstenstraße (U3 direction Krumme Lanke) to Heidelberger Platz, then take the train (S-Bahn S41, Ringbahn) to Messe (Messe Nord/ICC)
- Zoological Gardens: 20 minutes direct; via underground from Bülowstraße (U2 direction Ruhleben) to Zoologischer Garten Berlin Centre
- Alexanderplatz: 15 minutes direct; via underground from Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Park (U2 direction Pankow) to Alexanderplatz Berlin
- Central station (Hauptbahnhof): 20 minutes direct; via bus from Lützowstr./Potsdamer Str. (M85 direction Hauptbahnhof) to Endhaltestelle

Getting here:
a) by rail:
From Hauptbahnhof travel by S-Bahn to Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten and from there take the underground (U2 direction Pankow) to Bülowstrasse. From here you are only 600 m walk away
b) by plane:
From Tegel airport, take the X 9 or 109 bus to Jakob-Kaiser-Platz and from there via underground U 7 to Fehrbelliner Platz, where you change to the U 1 line and travel to Kurfürstenstrasse;
from Schönefeld airport travel on the S 9 to Warschauer Straße and from there take the U 1 or U 15 to Kurfürstenstrasse
c) by car:
Travel on the A100 motorway until the exit Innsbrucker Platz, then head into the city (directiong Nordost) through Haupt- and Potsdamer Straße. After passing the underground station Kurfürstenstrasse take a right in to Pohlstrasse and it is immediately left again into Körnerstrasse.
