This wonderfully located apartment on the 12th floor offers every Berlin visitor a breathtaking view all the way to the television tower over the capital city. The apartment, situated at Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt, is surrounded by many of Berlin’s top tourist attractions.

Practically on the doorstep, lie the Museum Island (World Heritage Site) with its Pergamonmuseum, Alexanderplatz, the Berlin Cathedral, Hackesche Höfe, Hackescher Markt, Lustgarten, many museums and galleries, cafés, restaurants, bars and shops.

Even Oranienburger Strasse and Friedrichstrasse are a comfortable walk away.

The apartment

This 35 m² apartment has a living/bedroom with a small but complete kitchen and a glass partition to the living room. The tiled bathroom has a bath with shower.

The living/sleeping area has a sleeper couch (2 x 1, 60 m) and an armchair, as well as a smaller, foam sleeper couch, a large table with 4 chairs, a wall unit and TV. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but a laundry service in the house is available, otherwise you can ask your host.

You will reach:

• Hackescher Markt and Berlin Alexanderplatz - right outside the door!
• Berlin Central Station: approx 10 min; from Hackescher Markt by S-Bahn direct to Central Station
• Trade fair Berlin: approx 27 min; From Weinmeisterstraße by subway (U-Bahn) to Gesundbrunnen, then take the S-Bahn to the trade fair
• Berlin Potsdamer Platz: approx 16 Minuten, from Alexanderplatz by subway (U-Bahn) to Potsdamer Platz (culture forum, Sony-Center, new national galerie, film museum, communications museum, Berlin-Palace)
• Airport Berlin Tegel: approx 40 min; the easiest way to get to the airport is by express bus TXL from the Spandau Street/Marienkirche
• Zoological Gardens: approx 16 min; from Hackescher Markt by S-Bahn non stop to Zoological Gardens
• Ostbahnhof: approx 10 min; non stop from Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn

Parking

Parking here is very difficult to find and it comes with a charge. Free parking can be found in Torstrasse, which is a 10 minute walk or 1 station with the tram away.

Low Emissions Zone (LEZ) – LEZ stickers
The city zone (A) within the S-Bahn-Ring (city train circle) is part of the LEZ. If you do not have a sticker for the LEZ of Berlin city centre, you can find information here, on how to get LEZ stickers for tourists.

Breakfast is not offered
Considering our guests who are allergic to animal hair it is not possible to take domestic animals with you.
Children until 2 years stay for free in parents' bed or in the own travel bed. You can rent a baby bed in our agency (Belforter Str. 20, 2 stops with the tram M2) for 15 euro plus a deposit of 50 euro.
