The holiday apartment (55 m²) is suitable for 1-4 guests. It is situated in Poing, east of Munich and is just a 5 minute walk to the S-Bahn station, via which you can reach Marienplatz in 17 mins. The Convention Centre (Neue Messe München) is a 10 minute drive away. The animal park is a 5 minute drive, Erding Thermal Park and the Allianz-Arena area, a 20 minute drive or train ride away.

An extra small 1 bed room can also be rented.

Our holiday apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic glass cooker, microwave and fridge.

The new bathroom has, amongst other things, a round shower or rather a shower temple where you can fill up on energy after a hard day at work or a tiring tour in the city. There is also a washing machine, a dryer and a hairdryer. An extra 2nd toilet is also available.

The living room has a corner couch, dining table, 1 double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), 4 chairs, a TV, hifi and free wireless internet so that you can tell your friends and family about your daily experiences, or if necessary, finish off your work.

The sleeping area has 2 single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. Shopping, bakeries and restaurants can be found in the vicinity.
