The bed and breakfast guest rooms

This 24 m² big guest room with parquet flooring has a double bed (1,40 x 2,00 m), a sleeper couch (1,40 x 2,00 m), a work space, table and chairs and a lovely south-west facing balcony right in nature. The room is suitable for 1-2 guests.

The 2nd guest room (12 m²) is suitable for 1 guest or a couple and has a double bed (1,40 x 2,00 m). The rooms can either be booked together, or separately.

The apartment is on the ground floor, but is not adapted for someone disabled, as there are about 10 stairs to go up.

Both rooms are non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on the big balcony and in the kitchen. Pets are not allowed.

Use of the kitchen is shared (dirty dishes must be washed-up or a cleaning charge will be added. Only use wood and plastic utensils with Teflon pots and pans.). Use of the fridge and washing machine is also allowed. The use of the bathroom is shared.

A self-serve breakfast is included in the price. Bread rolls or bread, coffee, tea and all the necessary commodities can be found in the kitchen.

The location in Munich

200 m away is a hairdresser and various supermarkets. Within 500 m is a good Greek and Chinese restaurant, a cultural centre and further entertainment options.

For friends of nature: the Flaucher (nearby revitalizing resort in Munich South - Talkirchen, where the Isar separates into pebble islands, is perfect for barbecues and relaxing) can be reached in 15 mins by bus, as can the Perlacher Forest.
