Description:

This lovely, tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment (38m²) is well-kept and situated on the basement level of a newly built private house in a very quiet residential area of Munich- Waldtrudering.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double-bed (180 x 200 cm, can be separated), wardrobe, includes linen and towels, living room with a corner sofa (can be used by 2 children or 1 adult) (225 x 75 cm and 195 x 75 cm), TV, radio and a kitchenette with cooking plate, samll grill-oven, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, microwave and crockery. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Cable internet is available. (3 hours per day are included. After that, a charge of €5 per day will be added)

Separate entrance through the garden. The corner garden with table and chairs is available for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not allowed.

Your hosts speak English, German, Czech and Croatian.

Theresienwiese / Oktoberfest in about 24 minutes: with S4 to Ostbahnhof Munich, then with U5 to Theresienwiese
Messe München/fairground in about 10 minutes: with S4 to Trudering, then take metro U2 to Messestadt West / East

Free parking space for 1 car on the property.
