The Location
The B&B is located very centrally on the "Brühl" between Ritterstrasse and Nikolaistrasse in a new-build house with an old, heritage-protected façade, only around 400 m from the central railway station.
Shopping amenities, upmarket restaurants and, last but not least, Leipzig's night life are only seconds away.
Leipzig Zoo and the Rosenthal Park are around 1 km away, so sport and relaxation are easy to find as well.
Going from the central railway station, you are only 15 minutes away from the exhibition centre with Tram No. 16. By car it's a fast trip too (the main upcoming exhibition dates are shown below).
You can get more information on Leipzig's public transport system at http://ww.lvb.de. You should bear in mind that you can only pay for tickets on the trams with a money card, so it's better to buy your ticket in advance.
The rooms
The accommodation is spread over four floors, one quiet and three very quiet.
At your disposal are 24 bright and pleasantly furnished one to three-bed rooms (extra beds available), which are very quiet, despite the location. All rooms are non-smoking rooms but smoking is permitted in designated areas in the house. Some rooms have a bathroom en-suite; otherwise bathrooms are in the hallway. On payment of a supplement, cooking is permitted in the two self-catering kitchens. There is also a breakfast room with non-smoking section. There is also a breakfast room with non smoking area.
The house has a lift which also goes to the underground garage.
An internet connection is available.

You may park your car in the underground garage (restricted to vehicles with a maximum height of 1.5 metres). The daily charge is 5 euro.
