The situation
The guesthouse is centrally located in a quiet office building – only 300 m away from the main station and the city centre, right next to the Leipzig city centre ring-road.
Within just a few minutes you are able to reach the shopping areas, the tram, good restaurants and - last but not least – Leipzig’s nightlife.
The Leipzig Zoo and the green lungs of Leipzig “Rosenthal” are only 400 m away. Thus, relaxation and fun and games are also just around the corner.
From the main station you can reach the exhibition centre in just 15 minutes - tram 16! But you can also get to the exhibition centre quickly by car (find the most important forthcoming trade fair dates at the bottom of this page).

There is parking area management in front of the guesthouse. Usually, it is quite easy to find a parking place at any time – but you will have to pay for it between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. (30 minutes cost 30 cents, 1 hour costs 60 cents, 1 1/2 hours cost 1 euro, 2 hours cost 1.50 euro, 3 hours cost 2.50 euro; each additional hour costs 1 euro); you can pay either with coins or by cash card.
The rooms
Minimum stay: 4 nights in all rooms
You have the choice of six bright and friendly furnished single and double rooms overlooking Leipzig city centre.
The equipment:
- completely furnished rooms,
- bedding and towels included,
- big, bright shared kitchen with complete fittings (dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine, crockery)
- joint use of large bathroom with windows and guest WC
- lift in the house.
The beds in all of the rooms can be made for you on request. Tea and coffee are available in the self-service kitchen, just help yourself. There is a fridge with beverages, please use the “cash box of trust“ to pay for them. There is a shower and bath tub in the shared bathroom – and an additional guest WC in the house.
The kitchen
All the rooms share a kitchen. Here you will find enough chairs for all the guests. It is possible to cook, bake or just prepare yourself a sandwich.

Extra charge to Bach festival in June: 7 euro per guest per night
For your booking a deposit of at least 50 % is necessary, the complete payment at arriving only is possible for short-term bookings.
