is easy. The apartment is conveniently located as regards transport facilities
– 3 underground stations are approx. 3-6 minutes away.
You can reach:
- Potsdamer Platz: in approx. 5 minutes on foot
- trade Fairground, fair Berlin, ICC: in approx. 22 minutes; 16 minutes by underground (line U2) from the underground station Gleisdreieck to Kaiserdamm, each in approx. 3 minutes on foot
- station Zoologischer Garten: in approx. 11 minutes; 8 minutes by underground (line U2) from Gleisdreieck, then approx. 3 minutes on foot
- Berlin Mitte Alexanderplatz. in approx. 16 minutes, 11 minutes by underground (line U2) from Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Park, then approx. 5 minutes on foot
- Ostbahnhof: in approx. 20 minutes; by underground (line U1/U15) to Warschauer Strasse, then go by different underground lines and city trains
- Airport Berlin Tegel: in approx. 30 minutes, by underground (line U2) to Ernst-Reuter-Platz, then go by expressbus X9 to the airport

Low Emissions Zone (LEZ) – LEZ stickers

The apartment
The 5-roomed
apartment has been artistically and creatively designed by your host. In this
charming ambiance you will experience the capital in style – be where
it’s at. Each room of the apartment has its own individual and unique character.
Your accommodation is located along the Tempelhofer Ufer between Potsdamer Platz and the Technical Museum on the district borders between Kreuzberg, Mitte, Schöneberg and Tiergarten – very central as Berlin lovers (and those who wish to become ones) would say.
The rooms
Both rooms have their own entrance. Smoking is not allowed in this rooms!
WLAN/WiFi free of charge.
The
small guest room (room 1, approx. 13 m²) is ideal for one person or a
couple. The room is equipped with a television and extensive literature about
Berlin. It has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a chest of drawers and shelves. In
addition to this, the room also offers you a kettle, crockery as well as tea and
coffee.
The slightly larger room (room 2, approx. 28 m²) is
suitable for up to 3 people. This room is equipped with a big double bed (140
x 200 cm), a bed settee for 2 guests and a refrigerator. You will also
find a television in the room. Further you have all the things, you find in room
1.

The bath with bath tub you share with the guests of the
other room.
