Here you have two double rooms and a single room at your disposal. In addition, there is also a renovated attic room accommodating up to four. Children and youths will particularly enjoy it here.

Facilities like the kitchen, bathroom with WC, shower and bath and the additional guest WC, the large living room and the garden can be shared with the owner. The host/owner also lives in the house.

The Lülsdorf Rhine haven is a small city located northwest of the Niederkassel city area between Cologne and Bonn near the Köln Bonn Airport. The parking space situation is relaxed. There are enough parking spaces.

- the airport Cologne/Bonn (35 min) of the airport by S-Bahn (city-train) S12 to Cologne Wahn and then by bus 163
- the main station, the cathedral and the old part of town you reach in approx. 42 min. Driving connection of the main station: From the main station/ cathedral you take the S-Bahn (city-train) S12 direction Hennef (approx. 15) to Cologne Wahn and then the bus 163 (approx. 19 min)
- Cologne fairgrounds (44 min) by bus 163 to Cologne Wahn and then by S-Bahn (city-train) S12 until Cologne Deutz/Messee

The prices per night

At large fairs, Karneval and CSD extra charge of 20 %. Children of 0-6 years stay free of charge in the room of theire parents. Minimum stay: 2 nights

It is a bit more spacious… This room is actually a single room but can accommodate two because of the bed.

The renovated attic

Children will particularly enjoy a stay here but it is also ideal as an affordable lodging for up to four youths.
Bed linen, towels, blankets and pillows are naturally available. As an adult you can only find yourself in the middle.
The attic can be reach through a narrow attic-stairs.
