The flat

is situated in the district Moosach in Munich in a calm location (30 kph zone); there are parking spaces in front of the door. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. It is roughly 38 m² in size and has a double bed (1.60 m) and a comfy couch/daybed.

Public transport

The flat is about 1 km away from S-Bahn station Moosach. The Olympia Center, Nymphenburg Castle and the Oktoberfestwiese are 10 minutes from there.
Direct connection to the German Museum, 4 S-Bahn stops or 15 minutes by car to Munich central station and the new football stadium.
From Munich central station, take the subway line U1 to the Olympia shopping mall (9 min), from there the Metrobus 50 to Andernacher Straße (6 min), and from there approx. 500 m (8 min) on foot.

The motorway ring A99 is 2 km away and goes around Munich; direction Nürnberg and Salzburg.

The "new Munich Riem fair" is accessible in 30 minutes by car.
