The holiday flat is near Theodor-Heuss-Platz, between Olympia stadium and the trade fairs, ICC, near Kaiserdamm. It is situated in a calm side street of the Reichsstrasse. It offers various purchasing possibilities as well as numerous restaurants.
The flat is 55 m²

The flat has a fully-equipped kitchen (stove, dishes, fridge...), a shower as well as approx. 32 m² of living/bedroom area with two beds, dinette and TV. The terracotta tiles in the corridor, kitchen and bath mediate a warm, mediterranean flair. The balcony brings in the warm evening summer air.

Parking situation / public transport / arrival
A car parking space is provided in the yard of the house. The connections to the public transport network are very good. The underground station Theodor-Heuss-Platz is approx. 4 minutes walk. Several buses connect you with the Kurfürstendamm, to the station Zoologischer Garten and other central areas of the city. The motorway exit ICC and Kaiserdamm is only a few hundred metres from the flat.

a few nearby sightseeing suggestions :
ICC,
trade fairs: just a few meters away there is the exhibition and fair,
which is home to Berlin's large exhibitions. In the middle of all this is one of Berlin's famous landmarks- the 150 m high radio antenna tower, which
was constructed 1924-1926 for the radio exhibition. Directly at its foot you can
explre the history of German broadcasting in its museum.
The exhibition-ground is connected to the International Congress Centre (ICC)
which was completed in 1979.
Olympia stadium: According to plans by
architect Werner March for the olympic summer games, the stadium which completed
in 1936, and reflects elements of the National Socialist architectural style.
Except during sporting events, visits to the grounds are possible from 8 am until dusk.
The Waldbühne was conceived as a
ritual and National Socialist celebration place; you can only visit the grounds when organised events are taking place there.
Tiefenwerder: Located in the Spandau-district, this
former island was originally a fishing settlement. Today numerous weekend chalets and boat houses line the water channels. It is known as "Small Venice" by Berliners. Here you can borrow boats in nice
weather and take a canoe or rowing trip.
Grunewald: The forest
area of over 3000 hectares, formerly called Teltow heath, was originally an
oak and pine forest, but was converted from a royal hunting ground into a forest
almost exclusively with pines.
Jagdschloss Grunewald (hunting castle):
After the laying of the foundation stone in 1542 numerous reconstructions have
taken place. The castle today remains the only Renaissance building in
Berlin, it contains a painting collection, historical weapons and hunting equipment
as well as a forest museum. It is open all year round from 10am until dusk
(closed on Mondays).
Strandbad Wannsee (swimming lake): The lake, as it is today, was
built in the 20s: it contains a approx 1000 metre
long artificial sand beach.
