These fantastically located apartments on the top floor 12th and 24th with lift, come along with a great view of Berlin. Directly at Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz, it is sourrounded by many of Berlin´s attractions.

Only 500 m from here: the Museumsinsel (the island in the Spree where Berlin was born) with the Pergamonmuseum, the Berlin Cathedral, Alexanderplatz, Hackesche Hoefe, Lustgarten. And literally in front of the door: galleries, cafés, bars, restaurants, clubs and shops. Alexanderplatz, Oranienburger Strasse and Friedrichsstrasse are also just a short walk away.

The Berlin apartment on the 24th floor:

This apartment (approx. 30 m²) has been carefully designed to ensure a homely feeling. The large double bed (160 cm, includes fresh bed linen at arrival) is hightend by a platform to provide a free view over Berlin, even while staying in bed. An additional bed is stored under the platform.

The combined sleeping/ living room is equipped with everthing you need to relax: clothes rail, table and chairs, flat screen TV with DVD-player and a radio alarm clock with CD-deck.

The kitchen provides a stove with oven, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment and all necessaties (e.g. kettle, coffee machine, toaster, tableware, kitchenware, cutlery, pots and pans, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sugar).

The modern bathroom is equipped with bathtub, towels, hair dryer and automatic ventilation system.

Fresh flowers make your welcome to berlin perfect.

On request, a WIFI-stick can be offered.

In both apartments a babybed can be rented for a fee of 10 €.

Extra charge for arrivals after 10pm: 15 euros, from 11pm: 20 euros and 30 euros from 12pm.
Breakfast is not offered by the hosts
Pets are not allowed in either apartment.
For your booking a deposit of at least 25 % is necessary and 75 % in cash when you arrive. Only last minute booking: you pay 100 % when you arrive.

Parking close to the apartments

Parking is very difficult here. In this area you have to pay for parking (3 euros per hour). Depending on availability you can book a parking lot directly at the host (10€/night). Free parking is best in Palisadenstraße. From there it is a 15 minutes walk.
