This very nice and sunny studio is located in the favoured neighbourhood in the wonderful and idyllic District of Berlin-Friedenau.

The Bundesplatz with many nice cafés, restaurants and two historical cinemas are within five minutes walks. The glamorous Rüdesheimer Platz, there between May and September unforgettable harmonical wine-evenings to take place, can be reached comfortably by a 15 minutes walk.

The connection to the public transportation (short- and long-distance) is optimal. The U-Bahn-lines 9 and S-Bahn-circle are in close proximity. Shops and other facilities for the daily needs in sufficient number and diversity are close-by.

Description of the accommodation in Berlin Schöneberg

The Non smoking apartment (40 m²) is located directly under the roof in the 4th Floor (without lift) and has a large south balcony so that you have a beautiful view over Berlin. The apartment has a very comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, therefore up to 4 persons can sleep here. A very bright light-flooded living room with very tasteful and pleasant new furnishings including a television and a tape deck radio invites you to stay and relax.

The fully equipped and well-furnished kitchen offers a plate stove, several wardrobes, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle and complete dishes and cooking materials. The bathroom has a bath with shower enclosure, a toilet and a wash basin.

Whether you prepare your food (a dining table with chairs is available) or explore the countless cafes and restaurants nearby, whether you visit Berlin in the evening, or stay with a glass of wine watching the television - please feel like at home in the diversity of this exciting city !

A deposit of 25% is required. 100% payment on arrival applies only to last-minute bookings.

The city zone (A) within the S-Bahn-Ring (city train circle) is part of the LEZ. If you want to drive with your car in the Berlin city centre, inform yourself here: LEZ stickers for tourists. This accommodation is located outside the LEZ. You can leave your car here and travel with public transport into the city centre.
