Location of the apartment

This non-smoking apartment is located in the easterly Prenzlauer Berg, in a more quiet part of the area but still within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The area has many businesses and shops like a supermarket, bakery, late-night shop, pharmacy, internet café, laundromat, bank, post office and taxi stand. A few metres away is the tram that travels directly to Alexanderplatz.

Description of the apartment

This 42 m² sized apartment has 2 rooms and lies on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a lovely, newly-built housing estate. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (200 x 180 cm), a wardrobe and drawers. The living room / kitchen has a kitchenette that is equipped with all the necessities and is optically separated from the living area by a counter.

The living room area has a sleeper couch (205 x 160 cm), comfortable for 2 guests, a dining table and a radio, LCD TV, CD and DVD player. The living room leads out onto the lovely balcony, which has 2 seats. The nice, big windows face out onto the green courtyard and ensure that the apartment is very quiet.

The small bathroom is reachable from both rooms and has a shower, toilet, basin, a big mirror and a hairdryer. A washing machine and dryer can be found in the basement, and can be used at a small charge. There is a playground for children in the housing estate. A dog is not allowed in the apartment. There is no internet available, but an internet café can be found just outside. Smoking in the apartment or on the balcony is not allowed.

The hosts

The hosts does not live in Berlin, but they use the apartment when they are visiting Berlin on business or privately. In the time when they are not there, they would like to give other Berlin visitors the possibility to use their lovely apartment. They speak German and English.

The price of the apartment per night

Final cleaning 35 euro
Security deposit and key deposit: 50 euro
Children under 2 years stay free in parents bed.
Children 3-6 years pay € 6 per night.
Every 7th Night is free
Minimum stay 2 nights, Easter: 3 nights, New Year 4 nights
Charge for arrivals after 20 clock: 10 euro

Breakfast is not offered

For your booking a deposit of at least 25 % is necessary, the complete payment at arriving only is possible for short-term bookings.

• Alexanderplatz in 12 minutes: from Thomas-Mann-Str. by tram (direction M4 S Hackescher Markt), without change to Alexanderplatz.
• Central Station is about 25 minutes: from Thomas-Mann-Str. by tram (M4 towards Hackescher Markt S) to S + U Alexanderplatz, then continue with the S5 (direction S Charlottenburg) to the central station
• Potsdamer Platz in about 26 minutes: from Greifswald Str S with the S-Bahn (S42 direction circle line) to the Gesundbrunnen, then continue with the S1 (S Teltow Stadt) to Potsdamer Platz
• Tegel Airport in about 34 minutes: Greifswald from S Street to the S42 (S42 direction circle line) to the Beusselstr, then by bus to the airport Tegel TXL
• Schoenefeld airport in about 41 minutes: from S Greifswalder Street with the S9 (direction S Flughafen Berlin-Schönefeld), without change to the airport
• Fair in about 35 minutes: with the S42 (direction Ring) train and West Cross, then by bus 104 (direction Briplatz) to the fair ground / ICC
