The studio apartment in Berlin Wilmersdorf - Charlottenburg

This non-smoking apartment (35 m²) is on the 4th floor of a frontal house, with a lift. It has a sunny, spacious room with a kitchenette, double bed (140 x 200cm) for 1-2 guests, a table for up to 4 people, a radio, flat screen TV and a DVD-player. The modern bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. A small, quiet dog (up to 4kg) may be brought along. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.

One set of towels and bed linen are provided, which you will need to wash if staying for a longer period.

The hosts of the apartment

The hosts normally live in Belgium and only use the apartment when they are visiting Berlin. Unfortunately, the hosts are unable to meet you personally, but they have friends and family who will be your contact persons.

Parking

Ample parking spaces are available nearby, however, at a charge. Free parking spaces can be found about a 10 minute walk away.

Travel connections

The undergrouns station Wilmersdorferstrasse is just 2 min away. Adenauer Platz and Kurfürstendamm are about 5 min away. The city train station Charlottenburg is 5 mins away and bus 109, which goes directly to Flughafen (Airport) Tegel is reachable in a 7 minute walk.

The area

Wilmersdorferstrasse is one of the biggest pedestrian zones with many shops, restaurants, cafés and bars to suit all tastes. The infamous Kurfürstendamm is just 400 m away. An internet café can be found 50 m away.
