The street lies right in the heart of the Berlin Friedrichshain district. The homey and und liberal atmosphere of the neighbourhood, created through the diverse pub scene, makes this district particularly attractive. It is also not far from Alexanderplatz and the Museum island- both are quickly reached via underground.

Berlin centre of Alexanderplatz: approx 13 mins; nonstop from 'Frankfurter Tor' by underground to Alexanderplatz
