Modernised 1 room holiday home with floor space of 40 m², hallway, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

The lounge-cum-bedroom measures approx 23 m² and comes complete with a comfy sofabed for 2 people (200 x 155 cm), a dining table with chairs, laminate flooring, cable TV, DVD player, radio und alarm clock.

The kitchen is furnished with everything you could need during your stay in Berlin: kitchen unit with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffemachine, kettle and toaster.

The tiled bathroom has a shower, toilet and a washing machine.
Handtowels, bedding are already provided for you.

You just walk 3 minutes to the underground station Rudow and from there you reach:

Berlin trade fair, ICC, broadcasting tower in approx 45 minutes; by underground U7 from Rudow to train/underground (S/U-Bahnhof) Neukölln, then take one of the many rail (S-Bahn) lines to Messe Berlin, ICC
Berlin Zoological Gardens in approx 42 Minuten; by underground U7 from Rudow to Berliner Strasse, then take the underground U9 (direction Osloer Strasse) to Zoologischer Garten
Berlin Hauptbahnhof (central station) in approx 43 minutes; from underground station Rudow with the U7 to Mehringdamm, then change to the U6 to Friedrichstrasse then take rail (S-Bahn S7) to Hauptbahnhof
Berlin Centre Alexanderplatz in approx 33 minutes; via underground U7 from Rudow to Hermannplatz, then take the underground U8 (direction Wittenau) to Alexanderplatz
