The location in the centre of Munich in Au-Haidhausen

The suburb Au-Haidhausen lies centrally east of the Isar River in the city centre of Munich. The Au has even maintained a piece of traditional daily culture: the Auer Dulten (biggest Munich festival at Mariahilfplatz) and the strong beer season at Nockherberg.

Because of the wide variety of bars, breakfast cafès and restaurants, Haidhausen is after Schwabing, the 2nd centre of Munich’s night life. Apart from pubs and beer gardens, there are restaurants between Ostbahnhof, Rosenheimer Platz and Max-Weber-Platz featuring cuisine from nearly every country.

The nearby Maximilian grounds are perfect for a relaxing stroll, with parks and gardens in the Munich suburb of Bogenhausen and Haidhausen between the Ludwig Bridge and the Max-Joseph-Bridge.

Munich’s old city is a comfortable walk away when the weather permits. Munich’s house brewery is about 1km away.

The apartment is very centrally but quietly located. The city centre can be reached in just 5 minutes via public transport.

Guest room on the roof floor

The room is located on the 5th floor of a modern and sunny roof floor apartment with very high ceilings. The lift takes you to the 4th floor.

This well-cared for room has a new sleeper couch (140 x 200cm) and a high bed (140 x 200cm). Wireless internet is available. The room is comfortable for 1-2 guests during a short stay, or for 3-4 guests (a family with 1 or 2 children).

The kitchen can only be reached through 1 room and can unfortunately, not be used. The use of the spacious bathroom is shared.

Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a washing room where the washing machine and dryer can be used at a small charge. We regret that pets are not allowed. Smoking in the room and in the apartment is not permitted.
