This is a 1 room apartment (about 31 m² in size) on the 3rd floor of a residential house with lift. The apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen, a sunny west-facing balcony, and 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). A guest bed (with slatted frame) can be set up if requested.

Facilities: In the apartment are: a TV, DVD, radio and seating (2 chairs and a table). There is a kettle, stove and a coffee machine in the kitchen. Towels and bed linen are included in the price.

Pets are not allowed in our apartment.

The apartment has no internet connection, but there are many internet cafés in the city, making it easy to stay connected.

You pay 25 % in advance and 75 % in cash when you arrive. Only last minute booking: you pay 100 % when you arrive.
We ask you to pay the accommodation costs at your arrival. The room will be reserved for you for the period that has already been paid.
For long stays: Please leave the entry door key during longer absence (e.g. weekend) in the flat.
Please show on arrival the identity card or passport.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
