The apartment

Very bright and fully furnished non-smoking-apartment on the 4th Floor (no elevator). Approx. 36 m², with many windows to the south-west and a beautiful balcony. The apartment has a perfect layout with separate dining corner directly next to one of the windows. The spacious room creates a modern space of tranquility and peace amidst the bustle of fashionable Schwabing. The apartment is suitable for 1-3 guests (extra bed for the 3rd guest).

The apartment is furnished, has a big double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), fully equipped and practical kitchenette including refrigerator and freezer, toaster, wall cupboard with dinnerware. There is also a nice dining nook direkt to a window and an extra-bright bathroom. Washer and extra storage space in the basement. Beautiful inner courtyard offers space for relaxation.

The location of the apartment in Munich

The Central Main Station is just 2 stops away. To the Oktoberfest just 3 min by subway and 15 min on foot. Technical university and LMUUniversity, the “EnglishGarden”, well-known Leopold Street , Odeonsplatz and Rathausmarkt/Marienplatz are a 10-20 minutes walk away.

The location is excellent with all the cafes, bars, restaurants, many shopping opportunities and culture for which Munich’s Maxvorstadt / Schwabing is renowned on your doorstep, as well as excellent links to the rest of the city. The Underground station U2 “Theresienstrasse” is directly next to the building.

The Technical University, new Pinakothek (19th century European art), old Pinakothek (gallery with paintings from the middle ages to 18th century), modern Pinakothek, Glyptothek at Koenigsplatz (Bayern’s collection of antique Greek and Roman sculptures) can also be reached on foot.

The English garden, the famous Leopoldstrasse, the University (LMU), Odeonsplatz and Rathausmarkt on Marienplatz are about a 10-20 minute walk away.
