The bed and breakfast room

This 13 m² room is on the ground floor of a quietly situated, detached house in the north of Munich in the district im Stadtbezirk Milbertshofen Freimann. It has a double bed (160 cm), a sideboard, wardrobe, TV and DVD-player, as well as shelves, windows and place for 2 guests. On request, a children’s bed can be set up.

Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet are on the same floor and the use is shared with the host family. The washing machine can also be used, if requested.

The modern kitchen can be used for preparing small things like coffee, using the modern automatic coffee machine, however, not for cooking. Instead, the hosts can put a small fridge in the room. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the lovely winter garden.

The house is on a 700 m² plot. An arrangement can be made if you would like to use the garden, which has a trampoline, swing and a small children’s pool (1m deep).

The room is in a non-smoking household, thus, smoking is not permitted. Wireless internet is available.

The hosts

Three friendly family members make up the hosts. She is self-employed and works from home, he works for a big car company and the daughter has just begun school. In the summer, they run a diving school on the plot. The family are passionate visitors of the Wiesn (Oktoberfest) and Wiesn visitors will feel at home here. Three very friendly dogs complete the household.

You may bring your dog along, at a charge of €3 per day.

The location of the room in Munich Freimann

The house lies in the north of Munich, in the suburb Freimann - an area with an old village core and many detached houses. About a 20 minute walk away, is the famous Allianz-Arena, where the Football world cup 2006 had its kick off. For those looking to relax in nature, spend a day in the Isarauen, a nearby revitalizing resort, that leads into the English Garden and which is only a 15 minute walk away. Countless trekking and bicycle paths go through the beautiful lowland forest, along the Isar canal or signposted from the English Garden. There are also playgrounds and vast lawns here.

Destinations are easy to reach from the room. The nearest U-Bahn-Station (subway) is about 10 minutes away.

• Marienplatz / Old town has a lot of sightseeing to offer and is about 30 minutes away.

Parking

There are ample free parking places on the street. Motorbikes and bicycles can be parked on the closed plot.

Payment by short notice bookings occurs at arrival. Otherwise, a 25% (for Oktoberfest 50%) prepayment is requested.
