This beautiful tiled stove has been a feature of this room since the late 19th century.

Three large rooms in a late 19th century building in Berlin Schöneberg

The situation

The rooms are on the 3rd floor of a late 19th century listed building in the central district of Berlin Schöneberg. The ambience corresponds to the attractive area characterized by a mixture of liveliness and tranquillity, the old and the new, solidity and simplicity with a wide variety of small and middle-sized shops, boutiques, antique-dealers, cafés, bars and restaurants which invite you to stroll and look around as well as to stay.

The 3 rooms

Two guest rooms are 30 m² and equipped with a double bed, one room ( at the moment without a picture) with a single bed, a rollaway bed is possible – some of the furniture and furnishings are antiques.

Both doublerooms also have a fridge, crockery, coffee machine and tea and coffee in them as the kitchen cannot be used. A shared guest bathroom is available for guests staying in the two rooms.

Parking

Parking in the Hauptstrasse is NOT free of charge, but there are some streets around, where you can leave yor car for free. Sometimes you have to search for a while.

Low Emissions Zone (LEZ) – LEZ stickers
The city zone (A) within the S-Bahn-Ring (city train circle) is part of the LEZ. If you do not have a sticker for the LEZ of Berlin city centre, you can find information here, on how to get LEZ stickers for tourists.

Distances

Several bus-routes stop right in front of the building, U and S-Bahn stations can be reached on foot within approx. 10 minutes.

Fairground Berlin, ICC: in approx. 20 minutes, go by bus (line M48 or 348) from Albertstraße to Innsbrucker Platz, then by city train (S-Bahn) in direction Gesundbrunnen to the fair or direct by bus (line 104)

Station Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten: in approx. 18 minutes, by bus (line M48 or 348) from Albertstraße to Bülowstraße, then go by underground (U2 - direction Ruhleben)

Berlin Mitte Alexanderplatz: in approx. 25 minutes directly by bus (line M48) from Albertstraße

Congresscenter Estrel in Neukölln: go by city train (S-Bahn) S41 nonstop 12 minutes, then go on foot approx. 10-15 minutes more

Airport Berlin Tegel: in approx. 32 minutes; go by underground (U7 - direction Spandau) from Eisenacher Straße to the Jacob-Kaiser-Platz, then go by expressbus X9 to the airport

Airport Berlin Schönefeld: in approx. 40 minutes; S-Bahn (city-train) S45 nonstop from station Schöneberg to station Berlin Schönefeld / Flughafen - a shuttle will bring you to the airport
