A comfortable furnished apartment with one living room and three bedrooms. Its on the ground floor (just a few steps) and is 115 m² large. You can stay there with up to eight persons. The apartment is centraly located in a growing district of Berlin Schöneberg between Winterfeldtplatz and Yorkstrasse.

- 2 tiled bathrooms, one with tube and the other one with shower.

- of course with fresh linen,
- small towels will be ready in the bathroom, you should bring a large bath towel by yourself,
- iron board and iron available,

- for smaller guest there will be a chidren`s chair, cot (small bett for babys) and extra dishes on request possible.
The two bedrooms with double beds are quiet located to the courtyard. The livingroom and the bed room with two single beds facing to the street but the windows are sound-deadening (is this the right word?).

Schöneberg is not only a district situated
geographically between the scene district Kreuzberg and the civil-skillful Wilmersdorf.
With its stylish taverns, Cafés and restaurants the district becomes
just as alive as the surrounding quarters. In order to experience Schoeneberg,
one could visit the Winterfeldtmarket, at its best on the weekend, perhaps
the most well-known weekly market of Berlin. Here there are high-quality fruit
and vegetable stalls as well as flowers, cheese, furniture and clothes. Subsequently,
one can experience the numerous Cafés.
In the city hall of Schoeneberg in 1963, John F. Kennedy famously spoke the words to the citizens of Berlin West:"Ich bin ein Berliner“. From this city hall of Schoeneberg, the city-state of was governed up to 1989. Still today one can hear the liberty bell rings each day at noon. The cemetery in the Stubenrauchstrasse reminds us of perhaps the most famous citizen of Berlin: the great Marlene Dietrich, born in Schoeneberg in 1901.

Winterfeldt-Markt - the Highlight of the Berlin weekly-markets
There
are many weekly markets in the city but this is definately one of the nicest.
This may well be due to the diversity of the market stalls here. There are fruit
and veg stalls, butchers' and fishmongers' stalls, flower stalls, bakers' stalls,
and sometimes you can hear the sales cries from one side of the market all the
way over the other side! Not to be forgotten, there are many opportunities to
enjoy breakfast or lunch. Whether it's prawn kebabs or fish soup, devilishly hot
thai-curry or falafel out of your hand. To go there on a full stomach would be
a shame.
And in case you can't decide which florist to buy your roses from for your forthcoming rendezvous, you'd best sit yourself in one of the adjacent cafes or stand in front of "Slumberland" and ponder your decision over a wine, a beer or a Milchkaffee and wait for the sales at 14:30.
