Location

You can find us in the neighbourhood of Berlin's S-Bahn (city-train) in the Berlin Friedrichshain district. You can walk to a S-Bahn (city-train) and metro station in five minutes. The traditional pubs of this district are about a 10-15 minute walk.

Apartments and rooms

Accommodation for mechanics (during the week from Monday till Friday) and for weekend visitors (Friday - Monday) in Berlin Friedrichshain.

The up-an-coming district of Berlin Friedrichshain offers many new bars and venues, opening up all the time. Berlin's new "in district" still retains much of the old Berlin style of architechture, which in various pockets you can find a good place to dance, have a drink and meet some of the locals. The Simon-Dach Straße provides an enormous variety of bars and cafes, many of which have sprung up in the last couple of years.

The apartments and rooms themselves are simply furnished - one bed, a television set, a sofa and a wardrobe. The bathrooms are renovated, with a bathtub and a shower.

For common use, there is a completely furnished kitchen as well as a bathroom, a shower/bath and toilets. In all the rooms there is a refrigerator, because we do not provide boarding.

Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price, with long-term stays changing of bed linen and cleaning provided at least once a week. You can get a better idea from the pictures provided.
