This nice and sunny holiday apartment is located in the favoured and exalted neighbour-hood in the friendly residential area of Schmargendorf district of Berlin Wilmersdorf. The connection to the public transportation (short- and long-distance) is optimal. The S-Bahn-circle is in close proximity. With the S-Bahn-circle you can arrive to the international congress center Berlin (ICC) in about 8 min.

The flat is arranged within walking distance to the famous and historic villa region Grunewald. Nice cafés, restaurants, shops and other facilities for the daily needs are close-by in a sufficient number and diversity.

Description of the accommodation

This bright and quiet non smoking apartment (34 m²) is located in the 4th Floor of a front building and has a balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the green area. The bright living room with apart and gracious furnishings including a television and a tape deck radio invites you to stay and relax there. The apartment also has a very comfortable double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), therefore up to 4 persons can sleep here.

The fully equipped and well-furnished kitchen offers a plate stove, several wardrobes, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle and complete dishes and cooking materials. There is also a washing machine.
The bathroom has a bath with shower enclosure, a toilet and a wash basin.

Out of respect for guests with animal allergies, pets are not allowed
