The location of the guest room in Berlin Neukölln

This spacious 3 room old-style apartment in Berlin lies in the quiet suburb of Neukölln. Within a walking distance of 3 minutes, are the S-Bahnring Station Neukölln or Hermannstrasse (metro) and at U-Bahn Station Hermannstrasse (subway) is line 8, and the U-Bahn Station Neukölln - Line 7. One is quickly and comfortably in the city centre, at Potsdamer Platz and Alexanderplatz. Good connections in all directions and reliable travel connections are guaranteed 24 hours a day. If travelling by car, the city freeway is 1km away enabling you to leave the city quickly. There are ample parking spaces in the area.

The area in Neukölln

Just a 3 minute walk away, lies Körnerpark – perfect for a relaxing stroll. A gallery and café give this area a special charm. Neukölln is a typical Berlin suburb with many small multi cultural shops. The enticing, trendy suburb Kreuzberg is also nearby. Treptower Park and the large park, Hasenheide are quick to reach, and perfect to wind down in.

The Bed and Breakfast room

The quiet and comfortable 22m² room has a small balcony where the morning sun can be enjoyed. The room is on the 3rd floor and very light and sunny. There is a lovely double bed, wardrobe, desk, 2 armchairs and a side table. The room also has a TV, DVD/CD player and a radio. Telephone and wifi are available free of charge. The room is suitable for 1-2 guests. An extra guest bed can be supplied if needed.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with a microwave, espresso machine, kettle and dishwasher. The use of the kitchen is shared with the host. The nicely decorated, shared bathroom has a bath and shower.

Out of respect for other guests, smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Feel free to bring along pets like dogs, cats or other small animals.

For musicians

For all professional and hobby musicians! During this Berlin visit, you won’t need to neglect your daily training. The room allows daily, undisturbed practice, and instruments can be tuned using the well-tuned piano. The host also has a music stand available, so you don’t need to bring your own.

The host

The host looks forward to having new guests, and meeting musical and non-musical guests from near and far. He will do what he can to fulfill individual requests and to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He’ll gladly share his knowledge on the history of Berlin, how to get around and cultural information. He speaks fluent German and English, as well as good Italian and Greek.
