The location of the guest room in Berlin Charlottenburg near Wilmersdorfer Strasse

This small but tasteful non-smoking guest room is located in the west city of a top area in Charlottenburger Kiez, a 3 minute walk from s-bahnhof Charlottenburg (city train), with which Friedrichstrasse can be reached in about 13 mins. Ku`damm and the Lietzenseepark, ideal for a stroll, are a 10 min. walk away, and the shopping street Wilmersdorfer Str. (also a u-bahn-station) is a 7 min. walk away.

There are numerous cafés, restaurants and lovely quaint shops nearby, as well as a supermarket, bakery, delicatessen shops, a copy shop, organic shop and much more.

Description of the guest room

The guest room (20 m²) lies in the side wing on the 3rd floor of a traditionally built Berlin house (without a lift) and is very light and quiet, as it faces southerly, over the green backyard. It has a separate entrance and a small separate shower-bathroom. The room has a new sleeper couch that can simply be opened out into a double bed (150 x 200 cm). There is also wireless internet, a TV, a small fridge, sitting corner, wardrobe, mirror and the possibility to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room.

The hostess’s kitchen can be used upon request, and the washing machine can be used at a small charge.

Considering our guests who are allergic to animal hair it is not possible to take domestic animals with you.

Every 7th night is free of charge.

For your booking a deposit of at least 25 % is necessary, the complete payment at arriving only is possible for short-term bookings.
