The guest room is located in Berlin Charlottenburg near to Ernst-Reuter-Platz. The apartment lies between the U-Bahn Station Richard-Wagner-Platz (8 min. walk) and Ernst-Reuter-Platz (5 min. walk). The channel is 2 mins away where you can take a lovely stroll amongst nature all the way to Charlottenburg Castle. The Deutsche Oper is 400 m away (5 min. walk), Tiergarten is a 12 min. walk and the Zoological Garden is a 15 min. walk away. The most famous flea market of Berlin at S-Bahnhof Tiergarten (open Sat. and Sun. 10:00 - 17:00) is also within walking distance and offers many used items and antiques, as well as records and CD’s. An art market is directly connected to the flea market.

Description of the guest room

The guest room is about 12 m² in size on the ground level looking out onto a private road. It is not only decorated with a lot of thought and care, but is also practical and modern. It is equipped with a sleeper couch (140 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, side table, a small sitting corner and a radio. The living room with TV can be gladly used. The computer of the hosts can be used to go onto the internet if requested.

The use of the kitchen is shared with the hosts. The bathroom with bathtub can be reserved for your own use at a charge of 10 Euros per night for a maximum of 2 nights. Otherwise, you will be sharing the bathroom with the hosts. The washing machine can be used at a small charge if requested.

This is a smoking household but the rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the kitchen or in the living room. Unfortunately, you cannot bring your dog along.

The hosts

The hosts live in their apartment with 2 loving cats. The guest room is therefore unsuitable for guests with allergies. They look forward to having women and couples from all over the world. They speak German and a little English.

Every 7th Night is free.

For your booking a deposit of at least 25 % is necessary, the complete payment at arriving only is possible for short-term bookings.
