Location of the apartment

This 47 m² sized apartment is located in a flourishing residential area of Charlottenburg. Although it lies in the middle of the west of the city, it is very quiet in a 30km per hour zone.

You can quickly reach Wilmersdorfer shopping passages or Kurfürstendamm with its many shops, restaurants and bars that have made it the pulsating centre of this area.

The area of Berlin West has many sightseeing spots like the Gedächtniskirche (Memorial Church), Charlottenburg Castle as well as a lot of entertainment. The Deutsche Oper is a short, relaxing walk away.

A further hot spot is Savignyplatz, where the night life bustles with cafés, a cinema and theatre.

The forest and the Tiergarten are just a short walk away and offer a refreshing experience underneath the trees on hot summer days, or an enjoyable walk to escape the noise of the big city.

Description of the apartment

This 2-room apartment is on the ground level of a multi-storeyed house. One cannot look in from the outside.

The spacious living room (35 m²) has a leather couch (1.40 m x 2.00 m), that opens out, a cupboard, flatscreen TV and a big dining area. A very nice, inviting conservatory is next to the living room and has a sitting corner (fold out couch of 1.40 m x 2.00 m) where the sunny days can be enjoyed.

The fully equipped kitchen is a separate room, however, not separated by a door from the living room.

The kitchen leads into the small bedroom where a further bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a TV can be found.

The new bathroom has a shower and toilet. The washing machine can be used.

2 guests can stay in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. 2 further guests can stay in the conservatory.

Smoking is only allowed in the conservatory.

Internet is available for free.

The apartment is served by public transport within easy reach. At the 4-minute walk from the Metro station Bismarckstr. can you go into the U7 and U2. Also, the underground station "German Opera" (U2) is within walking distance.
