This 50 m² holiday apartment on the mezzanine floor in Schöneberg, is centrally located, 10 mins drive to Ku´damm and 5 mins to Potsdamer-Platz, 150 m to U-Bahn (subway) Kleistpark, in a quiet residential area with a window looking out onto a natural courtyard. Comfortably decorated with Asian furniture.

The apartment is suitable for 3 guests. There is a double bed for 2 adults and a further sleeping possibility in a “maiden chamber”, 2 x 1,20 m in size. This chamber is accessible via a ladder in the corridor and is without a window.

The apartment is decorated in an individual and open-plan style. An open passage leads from the bedroom all the way to the kitchen. The sleeping area is connected to the living room by an open pass way.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

For your booking a deposit of at least 25% is necessary, the complete payment at arriving only is possible for short-term booking. Please pay the complete/remaining remount the day you arrive.

Price includes: towels, dishcloths, bed linen, electricity, water and central heating.

Bathroom: the bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
Kitchen: the kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a fridge, coffee machine, kettle and an oven.
Combined living / bedroom: this room has a bed, 1, 40 x 2m, a desk, cupboard, book shelf, a chair with a side table and armchair, a chest, pictures, plants, a carpet, lamp, hanging lamps and a house directory.
Bedroom: the maiden chamber has a single bed 80 x 200cm and a bookshelf.
Passage: a coat rack can be found in the passage.
Extras in the accommodation: 1 TV, CD player, video recorder, wireless internet connection, high quality stereo and central heating.
